Welcome back to this post!

So, currently, I'm sitting in the Hope Cafe at the YWAM San Diego/Baja base outside of Tijuana, Mexico. My new home. I got here today and have started to settle in. I'm not just saying this cause I'm on staff at the base now, but PLEASE come visit and see some of the prettiest sunsets EVER. Please come build a house this summer!! I'm so excited to be here with the base directors, Sean and Janet Lambert, and 2 of their 3 daughters. I know I'm going to learn a lot from this family and the rest of the base! A friend of ours, Rochelle, is here doing a Children at Risk School and it made my day to see her and hug her and talk with her. I love God's gifts of people in our lives. I'm so happy I'll be able to spend time with Rochelle and many members of the staff here in Tijuana.

While in Tijuana, I will be working along side Janet helping in the Hospitality area of the base. I don't know what all that entails, but soon I will and I will let you know what I'm doing here! While serving on staff for six months, I will be raising money for support, about $500 each month for staff fees and personal needs, and prayer support! I would love to extend an invitation to you to help me pray for the people of Mexico, the staff here at the base, and the teams that will be coming to the base this summer. An idea I had for this six months is to update my blog with events, but also with prayer requests for me and those around me! I have been challenged with being in constant communication with the Lord (prayer) and I would love for you all to join me in praying for all the happenings here in Mexico. I would REALLY like to hear you all's prayer requests and reports, allowing me to stay connected with your lives and events! At the bottom of this post I will put my email address for you to email me your prayer needs :)

So here is the technical details to supporting me for 6 months. I have maintained my account with Mountain Movers International, so if you would like to give a tax-deductible please visit this website and choose to do a reoccurring donation or a one-time donation. In the memo line, put "STONE" so that it goes to my account. I really felt like I should ask 20 to 30 people to donate $20 or $30 a month, but I didn't want to limit the amount of people or the amount of gifts I could receive during this time. I am grateful for your support and involvement in my time here with YWAM! I am looking forward to serving God and the people of Mexico. I have a servant heart and am excited to use it here! I am also excited about hearing from you all and lifting you up in prayer :)
